In a country like Australia, every individual should be able to make their own choices, to self-determine their own future, to have a shot at their dreams.
We support remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entrepreneurs to do this through enterprise.

Drawing from a decade of proven success, we continue building sustainable futures through community-driven entrepreneurship, local knowledge and collaborative spaces across Northern Australia's diverse regions.
Innovative Support
Our programs are delivered by a majority-Indigenous team of expert facilitators – each hand-picked to ensure they have the right skills and experience in leadership, business and culture. We know we have as much to learn as we have to teach, respecting the knowledge and wisdom from both worlds.
Empowered Entrepreneurs
Our programs are culturally relevant, tailored and co-designed with each individual entrepreneur. Much of our support is delivered on-Country, at the preferred pace of the entrepreneur. Every entrepreneur makes all of their own business decisions about their own enterprise and are supported to improve their business skills and to develop their leadership capacity.
We also work with each entrepreneur to build long-term relationships and meaningful networks. Entrepreneurs graduate, join our alumni circle, and become part of the Impact North community.
Communities Transformed
Our programs ensure that entrepreneurs are able to stay in their communities with increased skills and agency (they don't have to leave their Country in search of new opportunities) and communities retain their next generations. Entrepreneurism ensures that leadership is embedded in community, driving change at a local level.
Thriving businesses naturally offer more employment opportunities and enterprise leaders inspire others across the region. They create their own eco-system for impact. A community becomes an empowered collective working towards self-determined future.
